The Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘Nogo Bali Ikat Center’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’, ‘Website’. Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Website.

It is solely your responsibility to keep up-to-date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking back regularly. Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of updated Terms of Service will be taken to mean that you have read and agree to the changes.
We work hard to ensure the Website is always up and available, but we can’t guarantee that the Website will not have downtime for any reason. We reserve the right to close the Website for short periods of time for general maintenance but will attempt to keep this to a minimum. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time, for any length of time.
Parts of the Website require you to input a password to access certain features. This is to be able to give you details relevant to your order whilst still keeping them private to you. Nogo Bali Ikat Center takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images online but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.
The prices indicated on Nogo Bali Ikat Center are shown in Rupiah or US Dollar according to your choice and do not include delivery. If you use currency other than Indonesian Rupiah, we will convert the currency back to Indonesian Rupiah when you checkout. This is to comply with the regulation of Central Bank of Indonesia. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be canceled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
We partnered with Midtrans as our payment gateway of choice. From there, you can choose to use Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cardless Credit, Direct Debit, and e-Wallet (only credit card available for international transactions.) These payment options use advanced SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and do not cost you anything to use (Nogo Bali Ikat Center is charged as the seller, you are not charged as the buyer) so you will not pay any extra for your order. Nogo Bali Ikat Center is very serious to protect the security of our customers, and their cards. We have the right to flag any online order for fraud prevention purposes. Flagged orders will be held from processing to check the legitimacy of the order and the card. Orders submitted using unsupported credit card information may be asked to confirm authorization by submitting a government-issued identification card that matches the information on file with the bank for the credit card holder. International customers who elect to ship to freight forwarding/drop shipping companies may have their orders canceled. This fraud prevention process may cause delays in processing time of your orders.
The shipping time at the last page of checkout is excluding processing time. All orders are subject to ship via EMS (Express Mail Service). We will process your order once completed and paid for. The normal processing time is 5-7 business days, after that, your order will be sent to the carrier to be delivered to you. Please expect 2-4 weeks for your order to be delivered to you. Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The products bought on Nogo Bali Ikat Center will be delivered to one address. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment.
Nogo Bali Ikat Center does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
We take refund as a last resort. Please use return and exchange before you request a refund. You can request a refund by emailing us at nogoikatbali@gmail.com
Nogo Bali Ikat Center allows you 7 days to return the product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon.
To return, the item(s) must have the original packaging, in as-new condition with included documents intact. Domestic and International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Nogo Bali Ikat Center for the return.
Nogo Bali Ikat Center allows you 7 days to exchange the product that you are not satisfied with. Exchanging the product means to return the current product, and exchange it with another product. If you are exchanging the product for same priced product, you are financially responsible only for shipping fee from you to Nogo Bali Ikat Center, and from Nogo Bali Ikat Center to you. If you are exchanging the product for higher priced product, you are financially responsible for shipping fee from you to Nogo Bali Ikat Center, from Nogo Bali Ikat Center to you, and the price difference of the product (New product price minus returned product price).
Return and Exchange only permitted when you purchase a product at retail price. Return and Exchange prohibited when you purchase at a discounted price or a coupon price.

The User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Nogo Bali Ikat Center shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or service.
All the content on Nogo Bali Ikat Center website (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images, and videos) is the property of Nogo Bali Ikat Center. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorization by Nogo Bali Ikat Center. All information, content, and files are protected by International law concerning intellectual ownership and copyright. Nogo Bali Ikat Center gives you the right to copy, display or distribute content that you do not have the intellectual rights to. All fraudulent use of this content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an offense of forgery, which is severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code.
Nogo Bali Ikat Center will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his activities on the site.
Any failure of Nogo Bali Ikat Center to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any opinions left on the Website by Nogo Bali Ikat Center customers are screened and moderated by Nogo Bali Ikat Center. If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary, etc), Nogo Bali Ikat Center reserves the right to refuse or modify it.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You agree to bring any dispute arising under this Agreement exclusively in the courts of Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by Nogo Bali Ikat Center. Nogo Bali Ikat Center may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Nogo Bali Ikat Center’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement, or if Nogo Bali Ikat Center for any reason otherwise so decides to terminate.
