What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charges differs each country or area. You will see the delivery charges at the end of the checkout process.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

For domestic buyers (Indonesia), we provide Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cardless Credit, Direct Debit, and e-Wallet.
For international buyer from all over the globe, we provide Credit Card payment of Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and AMEX. We are looking forward to provide Paypal payments, though.

How long will delivery take?

Take note that delivery time is different with processing time. The delivery time is the time taken by carrier to deliver your order. The processing time is the time Nogo takes to process the order and forward it to the carrier.
The processing time is about 5-7 business days, and the delivery time depends on the carrier (EMS), but usually not more than 4 weeks.
For Indonesian buyers, it usually takes 2-4 days until the package arrived at your home.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We take your security very deeply in our mind. We ensure that your data is safe and protected by using advanced SSL Encryption throughout our website. Your payment and personal data is safe, too. Your data only transferred to a third party for order purposes, or legal, if there is any. If not, your data remains private.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you do the checkout and payment, we start to process your order. After we process it, we forward it to the carrier. The carrier will then ship it to you. We will update the order status at your My Account page.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, of course. You will receive an invoice of your order in your email after checkout.
